Oh and Tait! Why is he so good at domestic level yet can't take a wicket internationally. It has always bugged me.

Precisely. Some players are gun at domestic level, but have wages like 30/40K. You know these guys won't be able to hack it at International level.

I've also had some players who are better at OD games than they are in FC games, and vice versa.

He's still good, don't get me wrong. In fact he just scored back to back hundreds against SA. His avg is now 47 and he is only 23 years old. I expect him to play for atleast 8-9 years at a high level.
