Just to bump this. We had a ridiculous scenario last week where a no-ball went for 2 legbyes.
Presumeably this is a 2 inside an upside-down triangle inside a circle? That was what we settled on although it took up most the space for scoring the over.
This is a mis-conception. There's actually nothing wrong with bumping old threads if you are adding to them rather than just resurrecting them for no reason.
They wouldn't be a leg bye at all. It would go down as a no-ball that went for 3. As the runs were not taken off the bat it would go down as 3 dots inside a circle to signify that the runs are not given to the batsmen. I am sadly a qualified scorer.
