Custom Kits with pixelated logos

I have downloaded quite a few community created kits and I noticed that the logos tend to be very pixelated

Example- World Cup 2019 logos on international team shirts

Is this a known issue? Anyone else experiencing it? (I’m on PS4 Pro)

The actual logos are not the problem.

I am on the PC version of the game so in game it looks different. Can't say to be honest

I'm not certain but I expect it is due to limitations of the PS4 hardware. I doubt it is possible, without sacrificing frame rate, to have every graphical option on the highest setting.

This was an issue on the pro in Ashes and even player faces were pixelated. But the faces were fixed in a later patch.
Even I have a Pro, so let me check how it is.

Actually a Good Comparison, why the On Disk Teams Stuff can be so Crisp and Clear , if the Console Hardware is to blame for the Custom Content....

So much Hard Graft goes in by Content Creators, only to see that the In-Game result is not Close to the Academy Look.

Overall I would say the academy created logos are of lower pixel quality in comparison with the licensed Teams ( in-game and team select Screen).
Probably something that can be fixed, though not immersion breaking. (Haven't played much with academy teams).
Frankly speaking I'm relieved that the zombie bug from Ashes isn't present. The logo issue might be across all platforms and not just on the PS4 Pro.
