Dbc 17 Doesn't Identify My graphics card While DBC 14 Runs Butter Smooth! PLS HELP!!!!!

I have been keen to play DBC 17 since its release but it runs dead slow in my desktop though i meet the required system requirements.

• OS: Windows 10
• Processor: Intel i5
• Memory: 6 GB RAM.
• Graphics: NVIDIA Geforce 9800 GT with 1GB Memory.
• DirectX: Version 12

DBC 14 runs butter smooth but DBc 17 doesn't even hit the menu screen properly.Then i checked my config file where there is only one adapter named 'Microsoft basic render Driver' but my nvidia is not detected.I changed all my control panel settings though it is not working. I have attached the rar file .Please do the needful.
