Deleting cloud saves

Hi, as the title suggests how do i delete cloud saves so when i delete and uninstall everything to start afresh , it doesnt just do that syncing data and all my bad teams or mistakes are reloaded in. i deleted all my files and uninstalled everything only for the syncing to reload .....any ideas , you lot have always been able to answer all of my previous questions....many thx.....cheers
