1. Right-click on Computer, and then click on Properties.

2. On the Advanced system settings and then click on Advanced tab.

3. Click on Settings under Performance.

4. Click on Data Execution Prevention.

5. Click on Add and select the extender, if the option is not available then DEP is probably already turned off for the Extender.

7. Apply the settings and save

It says I must run it with DEP enabled. I'm asking because my computer keeps turning off when playing this game. I know it's not a problem with the computer as I've left it on for hours without playing the game and it doesn't turn off.

Well, Select Turn On DEP except for the programs and services that I select. Then add the demo and the extender to exceptions.

Ok, Download again. You should be able to add it now.

Apologies for that. I had made a change to the code that I forgot to undo. It should be fine now.

I was away so haven't tried anything yet. I'll work on it in a couple of hours.

Just keep trying to open it. After about 5 times, it should work lol. It still turns off my computer for some reason . I think it's some sort of precautionary measure and I don't understand why because now I turned DEP off for both the demo and the demo extender.
