Did anyone win the World Cup?

Iam playing ICC III as Australia and I cant win the World Cup?! I know its cocky - but playing as the Aussies I expected to win it quite easily. But I have struggled to beat New Zealand and the Windies in the Super 8s stage!

I won the world cup as South Africa on Normal

I got to the final with Australia before. I started a new career as the coach and my first tournament was the world cup, I won all of my games except the final in which I was completely trouced in.

I won it with England on normal at the first time of asking. I find ODI's an absolute doddle, Tests I can't do. It was the complete opposite for the older versions.

Hmmm...I see. Maybe I just choose the wrong line-ups. When I play as Australia I pick players that I like - not ones that are playing well.

Australia is shocking in this latest effort. The bowling lineup must have Symonds and Watson in it if you need wickets. Worked for me in the final... just!

Watson and Symonds! They are my worst! Symonds is decent - has a few wickets. But Watson is a goose who has bowled 5 overs for about 40 runs each time!

ive started two international games.. england and australia and lost the final with both.

I won the final but I don't have a screenie. I find it better to bowl first against good teams if it helps.
