Hi, I recently felt like playing BLIC05 I didnt get around to actually playing it though, but I noticed one thing on the back of the cover it has Lara playing a full on sweept shot, which isnt in the game?

So my question is this, I remember reading back about PC History and it said that some guy was going to take EA to court because they never had the features in game to those that were on the cover, unless they made a patch?

Now I know it said features which were on the cover, and it doesnt say sweep shot on the cover of BLIC05 so is it the same case or have Codies got away with one?

Yes, but the case was already made and mass produced with a strict deadline of the ashes ahead and the bug was found in beta testing.

Hardly crime of the century especially when it is in the game this time round with BLIC 07.

It's not really comparable. It was comfirmed quite early on that sweep wasn't in the game and the EA to court thing was somewhat different.
