Hey man.

Im a noob at photoshop and need something done for a school assignment.

I need an Australian and Irish flag with a "flapping in the wind" effect. This is for a magazine background for a "AFL" magazine where the the flags will be side by side in the background.. Thanks a ton, but if you cant do it or its too hard dont worry about it...
