No one has disproved ghosts either, have they? It's the same thing, they are unproven and undisproven (Is that a word?). SO the fact remains is that there is a possibility they exist. Simple as that.

Can you disprove that there is isn't a big house made of chocolate and owned by an ogre is drifting in space millions of light years away? You probably couldn't. The point is that the burden of proof always falls on the person making a claim. If you believe that there are ghosts, you've got to prove it, I don't have to disprove anything. That is Science.

If you then say that it's just a belief, it may well be but it is false. You may believe that the sky is red, doesn't mean I can't question that belief.

The problem is that most of the evidence there is are things like objects moving and noises being heard which could all have 'logical explanations.' However, I expect that even if a ghost were to be captured on camera, most people would still refuse to believe they were real.

the only people who believe in ghosts are the people who want to! and i dont...the only people who see them are the people who want to....all these tv shows about ghosts and haunted places its all crap. Even if they caught ghosts on camera i wudnt believe it cos they may use projectors and other equipment to show ghosts etc

There was a documentary a year and a bit ago exposing the lies.

In the doc. they showed how the crew faked encounters and how Derek Acorah used to pretend to make contact with the dead. A member of the crew tried to expose Derek as the phoney that he was and made up anagrams for Derek to fake contact with. e.g Kirel Seed (Drek Lies) These aren't the real names used as I can't remember exactly but you get the idea.

You may notice how often I used the word 'fake' in the above paragraph. Maybe it's because i wanted to show what a liar Derek Acorah was. But, in truth, it's because I can't find my thesaurus.
