Do you know how to install themes?

Putting the files in where the link says will work with Vista. Then enable it in Properties.

Yeah, but there is no readme file that says where to put them.

Put it in this folder on the drive windows is installed : windows/resources/themes/

Just extract the files that u have downloaded to that directory...

Usually the themes in Vista come with read me. Most of the ones I've found replace the Shell rather than create a new theme.
