The render effects are good and good idea to use the stock in the background but I would have kept it at a much lower opacity and worked on a slightly more conventional background. The use of light textures is great but again, probably could be lower in opactiy. I love the Newcastle United text but the team's name should always be small.

The vector is fantastic! I've never done a vector before but I know how hard it must be so kudos.

The Newcastle text looked good at that size and if the Name should be bigger it would've been to big. In some places I tried to lower the opacity of the light texture but at a lower opacity it didn't have the same colour. What do you mean conventional background?

As for the vector it was extremely hard, I had to do all the different colours and all on different layers and I had to make a good cut each time. It's not a great outcome but for a first time I'm extremely happy.

I'm liking this wallpaper. The background is nice and simple but the effects on the render make it stand out like they should. Loving the text too except not all of it is completely visible. Good wally mate.

Really liking the text. I love the clipping mask. It works really well. Just thought it should have been in bevel and emboss. The simple background works very nicely and the I like the whole blue-red color scheme. I would have kept the blur circles and the light textures to a lower opacity though, deft touches rather than one of the prominent parts of the wallpaper.

Keep it up! Let's see some more cricket related sigs/wallpapers now.

Lovely text, really good job on that. The background is simple and i like it. What i dont dig is the distracted focus, maybe blur one out and sharpen the other on make one more central or bigger, anyway that my only problem
