Edit camera settings

hey guys, is it possible of some1 can make the camera settings like we see on TV.. for example when watching on TV its abit higher from the normal camera settings from C2004!!

If i have lost my mind.. and dont make sense plz tell me

e mc no you havent lost your mind the problem is no one is free to do it i mean every one go to college and school in here and that is the reason people dont have that much time to make patch and stuff you are right you do make sense
