Editing Coach and Physio Sessions in 2009

I have searched for this for ages to no avail. I am looking for a way to increase the amount of coach and physio sessions. I can't simply use the editor sadly because i can't get it to work. I can however use art money or Hex editor.

If anyone could give me a step by step guide it would be most appreciated

it is now just use the editor icc 2009 then go to coach and physio and minimize the game and press add coach and physio
