Error: Help Needed... Quickly

Hey guys,
whenever i try to play 2 players matches using my saved county teams... i get an error.. i select the files, i can even select the match types but then after that screen when i press next it as me 'Please select a team'...

Can someone help me out... i really wana play the multiplayer mode with ma teams...

You ever used that save for England duties?

no i never accepted the england job...
infact i cant do it with any saved game...
i just tried a new one . like just started a new game just to check and none work

Can you load the game and carry on from load game or doesn't it work?

as i said it gives me this screen after you go through choosing what type of match u wana play e.g OD or Test so obv it lets me choose em at start
