Not really, the only kits that take long to make are football kits, cricket kits designs are simple as anything.

To Farrukh his exams are more important than some kits. You might think otherwise, but the best course of action would be to either wait patiently until his exams end, or start to make kits by yourself as Farrukh stated. May be you'll end up as a talented kitmaker like Farrukh himself. Planetcricket is always looking for talented patchers.

Those people who can't wait, try to learn stuff yourself, and then try to make your own kits. Farrukh my release his kits whenever he thinks he is ready.

To clear it up nothing is related with 'uploading' the files. I'm not releasing these 3 kits I have made till now as I haven't finished any of the trousers properly and they need fixing. As I don't have time to fix them now because I am studying like about 7 hours per day and also have to do other things I will be releasing them after the exams.
