Fielding/Catching problem

hi everyone just a quick question - how do you get the catching/fielding bar to show up while playing? I drop heaps and heaps of catches cause i cant see any bar???
am i doin something really dumb or what?

When the ball approaches your hands press the '2' button .That works :happy

You think i hadnt tried that lol! just wonderin if you can turn it on and off cause ive tried pressin evry button and it dont come up
