for me the fielding is the only big issue with the game...the outfield seems to be like an ice rink, not a cricket outfield, the ball runs far too quick, thus meaning even shots towards a fielder on the boundary only result in a single run, if you take two you get run out...and the fielder at mid on is really annoying...everything else seems alright, though bowling seems a little awkward to me at first glance, and perhaps the reaction time to batting strokes a little off-beat...i've only played it for an hour, so just my first thoughts! :)

hmm, the bowling isnt that great is it? the first over seemed like i had absolutely no control of where to pitch the ball, the cursor is far too sensitive and you get very little time to negotiate/correct it...is there anyway of correcting the responsiveness of the cursor i wonder? as for seem/spin the ball does seem to move around more than before, i must say i have'nt noticed too much of a problem with all the extras people have been speaking of, seems fine to me.

the bowling cursor sensitivity is spot on imo.
I presume you are playing on hard level -if so give it time. You don't want to be able to master it straight away and put it on a sixpence every time do you as that is boring.

I like the challenge of trying to place the cursor correctly - it keeps me interested in bowling :)

Correct. The sensitivity of the cursor makes you sometimes to bowl a bad line or length.SO it's realistic.(ie u cant always bowl good line and length)

yeah, its better now, i agree aswell, if it was made easy then i suppose bowling would be boring, like c2002 was, too many yorkers made it a chore and really easy, whereas this time the chances of producing the same delivery ball after ball is much less and makes for a more interesting game :)

I agree with this and rather think the cursor should move around a little more to make it even more challenging.

Has anyone discovered if getting close to the bowling "sweet Spot" makes any diff or not.

Be good to be rewarded for getting it right, would make the bowling a bit more exciting, other wise there ain't much point tring to hit the sweet spot is there?
