Well...it doesn't. If you weren't a fan of the game and had the opportunity to provide feedback in a reasonable manner and actually get listened to, then it would only make sense to take that opportunity instead of wasting everyone's time.

There isn't some conspiracy to suppress criticism. People don't get instantly ignored, banned or deleted for criticism. Someone has admitted to trolling, and you somehow still think they should have been listened to. Far out.
