Well for me, it's kinda the same thing.

The thing is, Arsenal/Chelsea/Man Utd/Liverpool have a lot more chance of winning more games and therefore more points so they still have more chance even when it is done only between our teams. Also, the Championship is a much more closely contested league than the Premiership (e.g. anyone can bean anyone in the Championship, in the Prem then the Top 4 win a lot more)

Yes but say you choose a top team from the conference who usually batter all in their path, you would be likely to get an higher average points than the premiership top 4. Also think about that if 1 of the premiership teams comes top by quite a lot then the other teams won't have done that good and will have a lower point average. I see your point but I still think that it won't be those 4 at the top of our league table...

Chelsea or Man Utd almost always win unless you seriously screw up the tactics and waste your money (I beat Chelsea with Everton 2-0 though , Everton are FM legends, especially Joseph Yobo and Andy Johnson )

Well, I support Man U but they are taken. So I chose Chelsea so I can do well - because I suck at the game, I've only played it for a week or so. So excpect some upsets!
