It was a hard one but at the end the textures got Warlord my vote.

Both look to have lot of experiments in it, I will go with Neer. It would have been perfect if Neer's one did not have some effects near the head. But that has compensated with the W's shoe effects. GFX effects are good, but applying at heads/eyes/shoes make them look like a 'Super Heroes'.
