:help
Between those 8 players, I've lost my best spinner, two key batsmen, my frontline AND backup keeper, my RF bowling allrounder, a RFM fringe bowler (always plays on Green/Hard/Uneven tracks) and a very solid RM bowler.

It's gonna be a hell of a week...

Soory mate but i can't help but think how nice it is for me not to have any national players :). Nice mid-season report thing, i am thinking of doing and end of season one and posting it up on the night watchman.

The huge benefit to having NT players is the experience they gain. Fantastic. My 19 YO wrist spinner already has Capable experience, and he is a fringe on the Bang U-19. Get a youth is a regular at NT and in your senior team, and the exp. benefits are massive.

I'm still clinging onto first place in SOD and T20, but both by not much. And I've slipped to second in YOD. Times are getting tougher, the season is taking its toll now.

What's your side ledzep? I'm free next Thursday...

Puma's XI but sorry mate 'm in a friendly comp maybe some other time, mind you would probably destroy me.

should finish 2nd in all my leagues this season. Hitting 90k ratings. 9 of my regular youths are promoting next season, going to be some upheaval in the off season.

It looks like I've secured first place in SOD Div 1.1 for the second season running. T20 is touch and go at the moment, with a bit of luck I could win that too. I'm only ahead on NRR.
I'm second in YOD due to NRR, so lets see if I can win the next three games and push up to first. I'll probably be playing weaker lineups in the SOD now to allow my youths to play YOD and T20. One of the SODs is agaisnt a pretty weak side, so I should scrape through.
Interesting few weeks here, lets see if I can become WI's first Triple Champion!

Might give this another go. I still have my team although it might of become bot soon if I didn't log on today.

I've just set my orders for the next week. I'm 100% screwed by not having any of my U-19s. From my default orders, I've lost 5 starting players for my SOD, and 8 from Youth (Though I'll admit, I hardly ever played all 8 at once). Big blows. I'm using a part-time keeper and some very raw youths in my YOD, and a bunch of middling allrounders in T20. So I bat to 10, although from 6 onwards I have batsmen who would normally bat 7 or lower. And my top 5 aren't that hot either.

A lot of my better bowlers have ordinary batting (this was part of requirements when I splashed the cash a few weeks ago) My tail is always good for a few extra runs.

Well, if you all haven't heard, I'm retiring from FTP, and am looking for someone to take over my side.

Anyone interested?

School. Board exams in May/June, want to start preparing from March. This current season ends in March. So I am retiring then. Summer holidays will be most likely spent overseas, studying for SATs, and playing cricket. Grade 13 will be spent looking at colleges, more studying, and hopefully more cricket. So it is unlikely I'll ever pick up from where I left off with FTP, and I don't want my team to just die. So I am retiring and looking for someone else to take over the team. I'll train them somewhat, share whatever I know, let them help with the team, and then when I retire they take full control. Kinda like an assistant manager.

From the Pavilion - Free Online Cricket Management Game

Not sure if you guys have heard of this game, buts its relatively new online cricket management that is way better than Battrick, no issues with server downtime or bugs etc.

You have major & minor nations, including Zimbabwe, Bangladesh for majors, and for minors, Ireland, Scotland, Kenya, Canada & more.

You have a youth & senior squad, a 20/20, youth & senior one day league. As well as a International Cup Tournament.

You also have unique traits, such as talents, off-spin & wrist spin. As usual you have all the graphs - such as worm, manhatten - which orginiated in FTp and was stolen by BT ( no harsh intentions meant here, FTP stole some features of BT as well) .

You have internationl tours & of course the U19 and NT World Cups.

"You can create and participate in friendly competitions as well!

Of course its free to play. BTW..where the hell am I suppose to post this..cos I could find the section to discuss new games.
