FTP: From the Pavilion general chat

I am surprised with Sign Ups in Sign Up thread. People getting back and that's good. I think someone must take responsibility to run that tournament. I am busy with my job now-a-days.

That's exciting...

I could if it was just a KO Tournament. I don't want to go to the hastle to doing all the groups and everything and then creating fixtures.

Oh yeah. I made the maddest move. After sticking with Priyanka for so long and watching him continually to fail, I chucked him down the order and brought in T20 specialist, Elgin. Fiebig and Byrne both failed at the top of the order while Elgin scored a beautiful 115 off 135 balls while Pryanka hit his first OD 50 in 26 matches with 83 off 85 balls. I ended up making 280 odd. I managed to defend it bowling them out for 241, Phillips taking 3/39 on the way. It was a needed win too as I have moved away from the relegation though recording my second win of the season in OD, the first the previous week against the second place team team and now the second last team. I got the undefeated league leaders though next which will be tough despite the run of form I'm in. 4 senior games won in a row and am undefeated in T20.

The tail wagged but it wasn't enough to give me a victory as I fell 63 runs short. They made 247, Muddle and Kwistel taking 2 wickets each before I fell to 7/107 before Muddle made 22, Fiebig (although my #6) made 24, Phillips made 19* and even my #11, van der Sloot made 7 as I was bowled out for 184.

just splashed out 400k on a scottish U-19 fast bowler - I did not use my position assistant to the U-19 manager to tap him up. Honest.

Hoping he can fire me to promotion to 1.1 in the youth leagues I have some quality youngsters (pulled a 16 year old reasonable fast bowler with gifted bowling this week as well. top pulls all season long for me) so could do with the extra experience the top league would bring.

scrapping for survival in 20/20 1.1 and promotion from SOD 2

Alright, so how many FTP teams do we have here on PC?

As far as I'm aware there are Ste, Hedger, Wanderers, jdeus and me. Anyone else?

I figured we could host a small friendly comp sort of thing if our ratings aren't too far apart. Speaking of which, mine are around 100K, and jdeus 140K.

I got one too, and Funky has one but think hes given up on his.
My ratings are pretty average considering most of my side is outstanding.

But it's all finalized during matches. I beat a team whose FTR was 160k up and mine was 150k...

This depends on how you use your players and tactics...
