At Stumps Day 1
WARKS 237-3
Warwickshire have the upper hand at the end of the first day's play, finishing at 237-3. However they have lost of the wickets of Knight (113) and Bell(80) and have to fresh batsman in the middle. Yorkshire will want to pick up early wickets tomorrow and then run through the Warwickshire tail, which is pretty long, with the likes of Carter, Giles and Frost down there. Anyways, it was another fantastic century by the captain, as he played some magnificent cover drives. Incidentally, he got out at the same score as the one against Gloucestershire in the first game. He was well supported by Ian Bell (80), who will probably be disappointed for missing out on a hundred himself. Anyways, at the end of day 1, the home team have the edge over the visitors. Join us tomorrow for the second day from Edgbaston.
