Game Crashing on Match Loading Screen

so as the title says i can navigate through the menu's and stuff like that but i just cant start a game it get's to the end of the loading bar but the game just quits to windows,

i have just bought the game please can someone help me

If the problem due to incompatible Graphics Card?
