game pad prob

hi,

im new to this forum and cricket 2002 on PC, previously used on PS2 but wanted to start using all the extras. Im having a problem with my Microsoft Sidewinder plug and play usb gamepad, basically cricket 2002 will not recognise it. Other games do, Windows XP and 2000 say its ok, i cannot find any new drivers or updates that may help? Does anybody here know how to fix?

I had the same problem as you but I can't tell you how I solved it...it seemed to have solved itself after a few tries. Just swap controller 1 (keyboard) and controller 2 (gamepad) in c2002 and I think that did the trick...

When it works, configure the buttons as you like and go smash!
