Very good cricman, I like it. The idea is very unique and I think it works well. However, I think if you desaturated the outer parts of the blue it would work better, and also think of a better way to present the text. Very good though mate, quite simple but it is very effective.

EDIT: I kinda copied 1 layer (the one with the clouds) to use in my sig. Hope that i don't get banned or something for it :X...at least i'm admitting it . I kind of did use it as a tutorial (the psd) but not more then the 1 layer was copied.
