Liking the background, the logo and the render effects. However, I feel that the logo is badly placed and could perhaps be a little smaller. Also, the light textures behind the render are a bit too bright and are more white than yellow. On the whole though, a great comeback. I hope to see more work from you in the not so distant future.

As Matt said, the bg is a little pixelated...i like the light texture behind Dravid...The logo should be smaller though. Add some text
