Group B was a fair pick IMO. I've only had a team for roughly a week, Treva signed up around 2 days ago, Send2yaari 1 and Mattfb rarely plays. So I basically put the 'noobs' up against other 'noobs' - Just to be fair on them.

World cup format. Each team in each group will play each other once (4x3 matches) The top two teams from each group will advance to a super eight like stage in which you will play each other once (Seven games). From there, there'll be 2 semi-finals, the winners will advance to the final and the two losing sides will battle it out for 3rd spot. Now, Planet cricket (or at least Syl) has said that 1,000,000 vCash will go to the winner whilst 100,000 or so vCash will go to the best poster in this section awarded by Syl and myself (I think). That isn't all though. I haven't told anyone this yet but I may as well do so now. I personally will be awarding 500,000 vCash to the Second placed side, 250,000 vCash to the 3rd placed team, 10,000 vCash as a consolation and a come back next year prize to all the other 13 participant. That isn't all, the person I deem to be the most improved player of the season will get another 50,000 vCash. So you won't all be left out. Planet Cricket will be awarding a total of 1,100,000 Vcash and myself 930,000 vCash IIRC. So 2 million Vcash is being pumped into this. Have fun.
