Yes he was one of the great hero in Bollywood.I watched some of his movie Purab or Paschim (East or West) etc.

Why can't Rajnikanth and Kamal Haasan ???[Don't consider commercial films] . Why all members look Bollywood. SaiSrini is right , Indian films are not only bollywood.

I don't watch much South Indian films so I cannot comment on that, but yes, Kamal Hasan is undoubtedly one of the bests, not sure about Rajnikanth though.

I have immense respect for him as I've heard that he does a lot of social work and is an extremely simple and down to earth man in real life, but I haven't seen even a single movie of his.
