Guide to aggression?

After playing the trial what I do is keep the aggression on what it starts as until 1 bar settled and then go up one bar. Do this until one batsmen is 2 bars from the top and one is 3 bars from the top. Do this to new batsmen too. Then,in the 40th over put both batsmen up one bar and on the last over turn both batsmen to full aggression. This is for OD matches when batting first. Got me 260 plus.
