You don't need softwares to change your IP Vaiby, if you have a dynamis ip it changes everytime you connect to the internet. But the IP range can be banned. Still the user can use proxies. So to ban a user in a fool proof way is hardly possible.

For the past hour Ive been reading in threads by the "legendary" HBK. All i say is lol

with the kit editor and selectors "he made", they work don't they or are they viruses ( i haven't opened any yet)

Well, if you know he is around us then you must know what usernames he is using, so tell us so that they can be banned .
This goes for anyone who knows which usenames he is using.

Pal, therefore I was giving same attention towards KP226.
That Why do we allow users who don't like to post on Forums?
Logically if you don't like to post then why have you joined the Forum?
He has joined the Forum from past 4 months and He has not posted a single word.

But at same time one of the Admin forced me to ignore it and do my work.

Is something wrong with the member statistics? I thought it was around 36000, not 26000. Did PC finally get rid of all the duplicate accounts of HBK?

Why does every member have to post? Some people just join to view the attachments(downloads). Some are not too familiar with forums and don't feel comfortable about posting. Some just don't have anything to contribute and just like to read.
