can anyone tell me a website or software that i can use to resize an image to whatever i chose. I want to resize a 500x200 sig to 300x100 but none of the websites i've been on can do that. help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think you can unless you change the dimesions of the image (therefore making it stretched)

There are many softwares: Photoshop, Paint, Paint.NET, GIMP, etc.

Image shack is usually a good website for resizing images if you cant get the size you want there are many softwares you can get to be able to resize images to how you want. If you want the link to imageshack its http://www.imageshack.us
