Help needed

The problem is I cant seem to log in to the main page,when ever i enter the site the main page doesnt appear,and also i always have to write my password down in order to enter the site,the place where it says vbportal message or some thing like that.

I was trying to download parkash's graphic importer 3 but when ever i click on it takes me to the place where when i ever i enter the site room appears.I cant log in to the main page and that is the reason i was trying to download it from graphic importer 3 thread,but couldnt so.so i reguest ste to fix this problem,It makes the site so boring for me,please barmy army andrew nixon brad ste anyone with the who is the site owner fix this :crying :hpraise
