help with creating a player???

When I click on create a player the menu screen for creating player comes up but nothing is there to select from menu screen? only option is visual is Back option. can someone help me with this issue? is there anything to unlock?

does anyone have any fix for it? is everyone facing these problems? if not that I think i should exchange my game and get a replacement.

well.. I posted the same question at cricket.tk forums and ricky suggested to update video drivers and it solved the display problem.. Scribbller you might want to update ur video card drivers to resolve this issue.
