i don't know, i watched VH1 Classic when they played 80's music and i liked the vibe.

"Gangsta" rap sucks balls. Fiddy Cent, Getajob Unit, lil john, all that crap annoys me. Most of the songs sound the same, they think they're cool because they've been shot, offer bad role models to young kids, just generally sucks. But if people like it and their ears can survive it then fair enough.

However, people like Kanye, Jay-Z, Timberland and Eminem produce decent music, most of which has a decent tune, good lyrics and is generally better than the normal gangster rap. Kanye West- Stronger is my favourite song atm ,cracking tune.

Okay, I can accept people's opinions. But 50 doesn't just talk about that. I can understand why white people like Kanye West (Sorry, I dont mean to offend white people in any way, Iam half white [My mum is white]), because he is a mainstream pop artist to me. Sure his songs are catchy and all that but I dont like his music - just my opinion.
