How do I bat better? - batting probs

I usually score 270-320 odd runs, but over 230 of them are in singles and twos. I never seem to get boundries! Sixes are outta question. What do I do to play real cricketing shots? I don't use the "sbatsman" cheat! What do I do? If I step down to a spinner, i get stumped etc etc!!

Try playing shots along with the powerboost key. if the game mode is said to hard then revert it to normal. Also try to play the shots in those areas where fielders aren't positioned.Timing plays an important role.

:: Change the WADZ keys for OKLM for a start...now you are nearer to the arrow keys.
Try experimenting with these combination of keys for different shots. (4 keys at the same time in each case)

0 ins/arrow up or down/O/L
0 ins/arrow up or down/O/K
0 ins/arrow up or down/K/M
0 ins/arrow up or down/L/M

arrow up /arrow left/K (3 keys)
arrow up /arrow left/L (3 keys)
There are a few more combinations but these should get you more threes and fours.(I can't get sixes either)
