How Do you change difficulty level in game?

Hi i'm finding it a bit 2 easy at the moment does any1 know how to change the difficulty :cutit :brickwall lol

What?

There have only been two options throughout the whole ICC series.

When you start a new series you name it... then it gives you an option of Easy or Normal. Choose normal.
