...more like how amazing good fast bowling is. This whole worshipping of line and length over speed has ruined a generation of fast bowlers. Fast bowlers should be fierce, just the way Mitch is. He turns cricket into such a big mind game - not only for the skills required to dispatch him, but the mental fortitude required to rise above his aggression and ignore it.
 
It's dynamic though. You generally need to be really good at one and still have enough of the other. Realistically, you even want the future Glenn McGraths to bowl as fast as they can, because they won't be a shadow of Glenn McGrath bowling at 110 or 120.
