BL: I think he was unlucky because the ball bounced up after some dampness in the pitch and he edged it to slip where Brown caught with ease.

Too right Brian, these guys at the Rose Bowl really need to sort the pitch out. Anyway great presentation and hopefully we can post a good total.

Day 2- Interval

Well after a great start by the amazing lancs hampshire have picked up the bowling tremendously in this next session as you will find out. The commentators as usual Brian Lara and Ian Botham.
77 Over:

BL: In this over there has been few runs scored by lancashire and now coming up the the last ball of the over. He should easily get a single to continue the strike

IB: And here it is Udal coming up to bowl to treva who hits it down straight down Udal's throat and...

BL: What a catch! He is so unlucky because that went straight to Udal who Hasn't dropped any all season.

IB: All you can say is a great catch and in comes Wildwil.Treva gone for 41(82) 217-4


81 Over:

BL: First delivery of this new over. In 9 overs The umpires will be giving Hampshire the choice of taking the new ball.

IB: That is right and all we can say is Udal is on fire and........Howzat shout hampshire and the umpire raises his finger.

BL: That was outside the line but i can't see what the umpire was thinking but the main thing is that Jaztheman has gone for 24(84)

IB: That is right but in comes Left Hander who we hear can hit at least 15 against Udal. 222-5

100 Over:

BL: The 100th over is now upon us and if they can get through this over they should be able to make 250

IB: Yes they have batted very well together recently. And that is it 250-5 after 100 overs

BL: Yes i think Wildwil will( another punt lol) be very important asset in this game whilst he is on 15(66)

IB: True but Left Hander is on 15(56) even though he has had some bad luck with the pitch.

BL: Why is left hander wearing red lol



102 Over:

IB: Lefty has hit a single for the first ball of the over and boy is it me or does wildwil look aggressive out there.

BL: He looks very fired up and has just hit a two. Then next ball BANG. a massive four.

IB: Correct a great four but hampshire look to carry on straight away and BANG another great shot by wilwil

BL: He can't do it again surely. Oh my god he has three fours in a row! That is amazing.

IB: Yes it is and he Has defended the last ball of the over to take Lancashire to a new brand total of 265-5 Wildwil 30(77) 16(57)



Over 103:

IB: Lefty has been bowled quite easily by Taylor. Lefty 17(66)

BL: I disagree I think it bounced high and just knocked off the bails.

IB: Lancashire are 268-6. Wildwil 32(80)

BL: You can't disagree that the next man in is The spin


At the end of the second day Lancashire are 285-6 Wilwil 44(97) and The Spin 5(7)
