I'm about to get real angry now.. I need help installing Windows Vista

Cant... Can't download the latest java and install it (or flash player) because of this virus that keeps me opening .exe files.

This is getting frustrated, I'm about to smash something... :doh

I tried getting to the blue screen, bios, got there then it asks for a damn password... I don't know what the password is? I've never put one in.. So next plan of attack people.

Viruses mostly go after systemdrive (mostly C drive). So put your important stuff on F and clean up your F drive with antisoftware virus.

I can't run any anti-virus software, I cannot open any .exe file on my computer besides Firefox.

hmm.. Password for bios.. Don't think we can work round that.
When the computer starts, look at the bottom of the screen and see if there is any line like:

Press Del to enter setup/Bios and Press F2 for Boot options.

Basically, you can select what device to boot from without entering the Bios. See if there is any key associated with it. (I gave F2 as an example.. it could be anything.. F12, F8, or anything.)

You need to boot with the CD to get things working properly.

If you can't find the option, keep pressing F8. It will give you a Windows boot options screen. Select safe mode and press enter.

Now, try installing Vista from Safe Mode.

I've tried spamming every F1, F2 etc key whilst starting up.. Nothing.

I've tried pressing "Home" key as this says it will boot from "Local Drive"...Nothing.

I can't get it to start in start mode. The only pre-boot command I can do at the moment is "del" which goes to bios but this asks for a password.

Ok, Press F8 repeatedly, before windows starts to load. It will bring you with the Windows boot options. Select Safe Mode.

I've tried doing that, I've tried pressing F8, like pressing it repeatidly the whole time all the black screen stuff is up but it doesn't load up in "Safe Mode"... I don't think it did anything.

If it still doesn't work for you, here is a good tip. If you can't do this, there is nothing else left for you to do. This is really simple. It automatically starts Safe Mode when you restart your computer.

Weird how you can't start up in safe mode though :/
