Sorry for double posting but i just thought id let anyone who cares know, that the order has now been placed after my cheque cleared. Longest time a cheque has ever taken to clear but still its done. Delivery will be in 12-15 working days time. This could potentialy be the longest 2 weeks of my life.

try collecting various games and accessories for your rig. :)

the delay maybe because of the fact that top of the line components always face avalibility problems.

Well their site has now been updated. So i swapped the x1900's for 1950's, removed xp home from the order for about the same price. Not bad eh?
Only problem is they are waiting for the x1950 crossfire edition to come in so my order may be delayed abit longer, but i think it will be worth it.

Well Gas maybe u can use win98 ( If its still available :D:D:D:D ) Coz thats a very good operating system for gaming, as games normally require less configuration to run on win 98.

But in ur case, i think u should go for a 64 bit Windows version, as it can take better advantage of the dual core :D.

I'd say get Ubuntu (free linux), but unless you're a huge fan of OpenGL games, of which there aren't that many, and run on Linux (of which theres even less) it wouldn't be very good for gaming. Also wouldn't take advantage of your great specs and cards. I would say get Windows XP, you can easily pick it up for about ?50 on the internet.
