International Player bidding rules! (Rule advancement, please check!)

After KP and Sachin have been won, i've discussed with an advisor into how to make it easier for all! I have decided to slightly change the rules.

Firstly, can we please stop having people bid for players who aren't team owners! Players usually have agents who they have a contract with, so you haven't got a chance. Only team owners can bid! (And on some rare occasions team captains, but if a captain posts a total, and the owner doesnt know about it, an immediate ban from the PCPL will occur)

Secondly, private bids will be allowed to be taken but once i recieve them, i will post how much they are for! So if you PM me with a total of 1m vcash, then i will announce in the thread that there is a bid for that! No more "Raise the bid by 20k each time."

Thirdly, there will be no time limit on these bets, so you can bet, and bet and bet until there is one clear winner! If there is no bid within 24 hours of the last one (over 100k) then i will declare that person the winner! So keep checking.

Lastly, i said earlier that i am not going to accept PM's telling me to raise the bid by 20k over the actual bid price, BUT a team can use a proxy to do this. This basically means someone who will be active a lot and can raise the bid for them, you should make me aware of this person! You could post it in the discussion thread, it'll be easier to make it public!

Any false bidding will be punished by banning from bidding. If you suspect false bidding please PM me.

You've got to make it so that people just don't bid on all the threads without having the vCash to back it up. For example, I almost know for a fact that someone does not have the money they're bidding now for two players. I think they just want to get one of them, but they're raising the bids for both, making it worse for the rest of us. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's what most of the people who're bidding are doing. They don't know if they'll get one player, so they're just raising the bids on a lot of players without the vCash.

This is a major worry BUT i do not have the time to check each and every bank account of all owners. IF you believe people are just bunking up the prices on players, PM me the name and what they are doing and i'll investigate it.

Then I suggest that you can set a dead line for receiving the bidded amount for the player...If the bidder doesn't give the vcash before time then don't give him the player and give it to the next highest who pays the money .

Rather restart the bid if that happens. That'll give everyone a fair chance.

You also shouldn't be allowed to bid on 4 players at once, since you can't win them all.

But it is a security if you don't win one. Surely if one team wins all 4 they would just give it to the next highest bidder. It is doubtful that it'd be an issue in my view.

Yes, if you bid on 4 players, and win all 4, its the first 3 bids which count (so the first 3 which finish first) the fourth will be offered to the next highest bidder.
