Issue with the Editor

I keep getting the error message below and I haven't been able to get it to work? Does anyone know any fix? Or have an editor that works for all as this is an issue i've seen for a few people? I am running 9.12 FYI

I have the same problem and the answers to your questions are yes.

EDIT. Nvm I didn't have a player profile open. It works now.

The answer for me is yes to both, I can't even load the budget. Any ideas?
