Jailbreak Ipod Touch..

Ok, I am beginner in this. Can anyone tell me how to jailbreak my Ipod touch with firmware 3.1.2. I dont have WIFI in my area and so the Safari browser on by Ipod doesnt work. Please also tell me how to install the cracked applications once the Ipod is jailbroken.

Ipod was bought this month and has the model number starting from MC.
