I did go to the university there, for just the one year in 98/99.

I am not, repeat; not, a Yorkshireman however.

I am a Lancastrian, although I must confess to having some Yorkshire blood in me. My Grandad on my Dad's side of the family is a Yorkshireman.

Be on the electoral roll in the area in which they are on trial. Of course if you show any bias you wouldn't be able to be a juror anyway.

I have never been called up as yet, probably because of previous convictions.
My father is a justice of the peace.

I did Jury service about 10 years ago. I was chosen for a case and I didn't like it one bit. Its a wierd feeling trying to decide between facts and "lawyer speak" and knowing that if you get it wrong, you can really screw up someone's life.
