Keyboard controls

Hi can anyone help me in knowing the keyboard controls for playing shots like off-drive, cover drive, on-drive, sweep, reverse sweep, pull, hook. I know the following shots
s+down arrow -front foot straight drive
s+left arrow -front foot square drive
s+right arrow - front foot flock
w+ similar to the above but on back foot

but I am unable to play other shots mentioned above. The FAQ do not talk about these shots

Off drive: shot is not there in the game per se. Try to align a straight drive towards mid off
cover drive: S+ down arrow+left arrow
on drive: s+down arrow+right arrow
sweep: s+up arrow+right arrow
reverse sweep: shot not featured in game
Pull: W+up arrow + right arrow
Hook: W+ up arrow+right arrow+shift

This shot is in the game. Just play the late cut while holding the 6 hit button.

2. What are the controls for bowling?
3. Is there any way to control filders?

i meant
1. how can we play a power/ advance shot?
2. I read but i was confused with arrows and a/d/w/s buttons
3. how to control filders. I used the buttons but didnt seeem to work. I felt as if whole game is autoplayed without my control

1. For default keyboard you hold shift for advance and a is charge
2. WSAD keys select the type of delivery
3. You have to set manual fielding in the controller/team select screen

No i have original.
Just i was hurrying while reading manual.
I don't like reading manual's each and every page and understand it.
btw i took time and understood it.
Actually I was using correct controls but pressing at wrong time.
