kit bag unlocks

ok so i just finished world trophy with australia in 25 overs, in the sub continant, which should of unlocked quite afew things in the kit bag but for some reason ive unlocked nothing? is it because i used some custom characters ? or maybe because i saved progress then quit, then loaded again ? thxs for the help
