Batting first on this treacherous Philly wicket wasn't the smartest decision by MS Dhoni as The Savages found themselves getting picked off one by one by a uber-strong pace bowling lineup led by the great Bart King, who accounted for two of the biggest names in their lineup. This time however, King wasn't top dog at the venue where he devastated several lineups over the course of his lengthy American career, with Waqar Younis completely overshadowing him by claiming figures of 4 for 31 off 8 overs which was by far his best spell of a rather hot and cold season. Only Dhoni managed to evade him and the others to put somewhat of a fight with an unbeaten 46, which remained the Savages' top score as they were bundled out for 157.
