Line Up Editor V4 Problem

Hi
I have downloaded and extracted Line Up Editor V4 but when i try and run it i am getting the following message.... component mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered.
Can anybody shed some light on it for me?

Yeah. Read the Kit Replacer FAQ (pinned topic) and follow the steps there and that should solve your problem.
